Lake Chelan Engagement Session | Alex + Sam

What started as a spontaneous location change turned into one of the dreamiest engagement sessions! Alex and Sam’s Chelan engagement session was originally planned for the beautiful Chelan State Park, but a rock slide closed the road just hours before our shoot. With some quick thinking, we pivoted to the Chelan Riverwalk and the shore of Lake Chelan — and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect.

The soft light on the water, the quiet paths along the river, and the genuine connection between these two made for such a magical session. Alex and Sam are the sweetest couple — laid-back, in love, and totally present with each other, which is every photographer’s dream.

I’m so excited to be capturing their wedding this summer at Karma Vineyards, one of my favorite Lake Chelan wedding venues. With its rolling vineyard views and intimate atmosphere, I know their day is going to be absolutely stunning.
